Welcome to Bieezy! By KollinXpress Inc, We're thrilled you're here. Our goal is to bring you amazing products at unbelievable prices, straight to your doorstep. This Shipping Policy outlines all the important details about how we get your orders to you.
1. Where Do We Ship?
Currently, Bieezy only ships to addresses within the continental United States (all 48 contiguous states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.
2. Processing Time: Where Your Order Comes From
This is the most important part! To keep our prices low, we work with a network of suppliers.

US-Based Items: Some of our popular items are stored in warehouses within the United States. These orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and pack before they are handed off to the shipping carrier.

Directly Sourced Items: Many of our unique and value-priced items are shipped directly from our trusted international partners and warehouses, primarily in China. These orders typically take 3-7 business days to process and pack before shipment.
Your order may contain items from both sources. If so, they will be shipped separately, and you will receive separate tracking information for each package.

Extended Processing Notice:Â Please note that due to high demand and custom-made items, some products may occasionally take longer to process. You will always be notified if there is a significant delay.
Please note: "Business days" are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major US holidays. Shipping times are estimates and begin once the order has been processed and leaves the warehouse, not from the date of purchase. Delivery times may be impacted by carriers, weather, customs, and other factors outside our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s) and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your Bieezy account.
For items coming from our international partners, tracking information may take an additional 2-4 days to activate and show updates in the US carrier's system.
5. What If My Order Arrives in Multiple Packages?
Because your items ship from different locations, it's common for orders to arrive in multiple packages on different days. Don't worry! You will only be charged one shipping fee, and you will receive separate tracking for each parcel.
6. Customs and Import Taxes
Since Bieezy only ships within the US, you will not be charged any customs fees, import duties, or international taxes. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
7. What If My Package Is Lost or Damaged?
We want you to love your Bieezy experience.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking information hasn't updated for more than 7 days (for US shipping) or 15 days (for international shipping), please contact our support team at support@bieezy.com We will investigate it for you.

Damaged Items:Â If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will be happy to help you with a replacement or refund. See our [Return Policy] for more details.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping, which may incur an additional shipping fee.
